The Clem Jones Sports Centre, is a non-profit organisation and an initiative of the Camp Hill Carina Welfare Association that supports the local community in sports and recreation.

The centre has four swimming pools, including a 50m, 25m, 12m and babies wader pool. In April 2006, the construction of a brand new 25m, 8 lane indoor swimming pool will be started. The 42 acres on the corner of Stanley and Creek Roads known as the Clem Jones Sports Centre was founded nearly 50 years ago by retired Lord Mayor; Clem Jones. Mr Jones’ vision for the centre was to see that the children of the local community had somewhere to go to and play sport. With the help of many other dedicated and loyal residents of the Camp Hill/Carina area, the Clem Jones Sports Centre was complete.
